Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Is the progressive compression of the Median nerve that goes to the palm and fingers of the hand by a fascia called the carpal tunnel fascia.  This usually occurs from constant movement of the wrist, such as in manual work or typing, and leads to chronic pain in the hand, palm or fingers.

Ulnar Neuropathy

Is the progressive compression of the Ulnar nerve at the elbow from constant movement at the elbow or direct compression, leading to chronic pain into the forearm, hand or fingers, or hand and finger weakness.
